Great welcome from the reception staff. Lots of information, tea, coffee, water free. Great room, good Wi-Fi, lovely shower. Small Juliet balcony, so could open the door and have air in the room, hotel not overlooked by other buildings and a short drive from the airport IST

The hotel is clean, quiet, close to amenities and relatively accessible via public transit. The morning buffet is very good and they even offer to make you coffee/tea and bring it to your table. Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. Hotel and general area are calm. Highly recommend.

Good airport pickup and send. We had of 4 persons as a group. They charge us $20 total fees instead of $20 per person. However if you are not in our travel group , you have to pay your $20 airport shuttle. Good service, good English.

Ich hatte einen Zwischenstopp in Istanbul. Das Taxi vom Flughafen zum Hotel kostete ca 750 Türkische Lira. Ich wurde in Hotel sehr freundlich begrüßt, man trug meinen Koffer ins Haus. Ich bekam aber ein schönes Zimmer zur Hauptverkehrsstraße, darum bat ich um Zimmertausch. Das wurde prompt erledigt. Ich hatte einen Transfer zum Flughafen für 4 Euro mit dem Zimmer mit gebucht. Pünktlich um 4.30, wie bestellt, war das Sammeltaxi da. Ich hätte übrigens um 7.00 auch noch ein inkludiertes Frühstück bekommen. Bei meiner Abreise war die Rezeption immer noch besetzt und mein Koffer wurde bis zum Taxi gebracht. Ich hatte selten einen so freundlichen Service in einem Hotel. Vielen lieben Dank für alles. Ich komme wieder.

Booked at the last minute due to flight delays, Hotel is decent enough for an overnight stay and about 15 mins away from the Istanbul airport. The staff was very nice and were very helpful despite us being there only for a night. The buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise and had varied options.

Convenient for a Short Stay, but Lacking for Longer Visits This hotel is a good option if you need a place to stay overnight, especially due to its proximity to the airport. It’s convenient for travelers in transit, and the staff generally make an effort to assist during your first night. However, if you plan to stay longer, be aware that housekeeping is not done regularly. While the room was clean at check-in, it was not serviced during our stay, even after we requested it and were assured it would be done. Most staff members were friendly and helpful, but we did encounter one individual who was quite rude and unaccommodating. Overall, it was an acceptable experience for a short stay.
