I can only speak highly of this group. After staying for 1 week, they made my feel like it was home. The staff were really tentative, happy to share conversation, gave great advice, went out of their way to get our room ready 5 hours before check in. They're such hard working, hospitable people.
They went out of their way to get my husband's dinner from another restaurant and were all round amazing and helpful, except for the guy sleeping during his shift, who also gave me the wrong pricing for our laundry which ended up costing a fortune, and the lady that gave me a massage had terrible and left the room 6 times! But to the managements defence, they offered me another massage.
The room was perfect for our needs. It was well cleaned by their amazing cleaner. We had a cute balcony to view the action below. It can be noisy but its a busy part of Istanbul, just 5 minutes walk to the blue mosque. So central to all of the tourist attractions, all within easy walking distance.
The rooftop has a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner with an amazing view of the blue mosque. The kitchen closes at 11 but the staff cooked for us at 10.50 pm and allowed us to take it to our room. The food was delicious, staff were feiendly and talkative. All in all, i loved my experience at Hotel Perula, the guys have shared in my memories that will last a lifetime! I would definitely recommend them to everyone and if i was fortunate enough to visit again, this would be my first choice!
