Cozy friendly hotel

Excellent stay, nice staff, great location. Plenty of choice of breakfast and the resto next to the corner is also great. Around 3 mins walk uphill to T1 tram. Walking distance to many main attractions.

Best Hotel in Istanbul

Stayed 2 night in PRIMERO Hotel. Location is so great, we can walk easily to most of places we want to visit. Our family room is big and clean. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Turkish breakfast is a great experience for us. We also booked airport transfer from hotel. It’s very convenient service for us, and thanks to all of the staffs. We had a great journey in Istanbul.

Very very nice staff

This is a new hotel with good decoration and excellent staffs. Ozgun is a very nice and helpful guy that helped us a lot. He knew we get trouble in finding the arrangement of night bus from our conversation. Then he initiatively helped us to find and call the bus company and solve the problem. Room is new and smells good when we first went in. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Cleaning staff was also nice to us.

The distance to historic sites was excellent, and the service at the front desk and from the cleaning ladies was impressive. The hotel was always clean and felt safe at all times. I would definitely return!

The staff always greeted us with a smile and offered to assist with our baggage, dinner reservations, or any excursions that might do during our travel. The hotel was super convenient to everywhere we wanted to be. There was no need for a taxi, and just wear comfortable sneakers!! Staff was very pleasant, area alittle loud as expected, and rooms were clean but small.

Excellent Staff & Location

Mi estancia en este hotel fue realmente muy placentera, tiene una excelente ubicación muy cerca de todos los sitios emblemáticos. Las personas que trabajan allí fueron muy amables y me apoyaron en cualquier necesidad que tuve desde ayudarme con direcciones, los traslados al aeropuerto. Recomiendo este hotel altamente. My stay at this hotel was truly pleasant. It has an excellent location very close to all the iconic sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any need I had, from helping me with directions to airport transfers. I highly recommend this hotel.

A éviter absolument, aucune approche humaine.

Séjour horrible. J'ai loué une chambre single, aucune information sur la surface de la chambre. Au prix que j'ai payé (heureusement après remise) je pouvais prétendre à entre 15-20 m2. En arrivant, j'ai eu droit à une chambre de 4 m2 maximum avec une salle d'eau de 1 M2 environ. J'ai voulu refuser la chambre en arrivant mais le Mr à l'accueil me dit que c'est impossible mais s'est engagé à me upgrader sans supplément s'ils avaient une chambre de libre le soir. Là, commence le Sketch du patron le soir venu... Il me dit que pour moi il allait demander à un couple qui n'avait pas encore payé la réservation de loger ailleurs et qu'il allait payer pour eux 30 eu de plus par nuit que je devrais prendre en charge moi même. J'ai refusé. La nuit venant changement de personnes et mon nouvel interlocuteur me dit il y a une chambre mais il faudrait rajouter 10 eu par nuit ... Ayant perdu confiance dans cette direction, je n'ai pas donné suite et j'ai continué à souffrir pour ma deuxième nuit. Résultat, j'ai le dos en compote à cause du lit 80*190. Je ne sais pas pour les autres chambres mais il y a eu également un couple qui se prenait la tête avec l'accueil pour une histoire de facture. Passez votre chemin, cet hôtel c'est juste la photo. Le mot de la fin lors du checkout ( même si vous aviez consommé dans le mini bar je ne vous aurez pas facturé) ... On nous prend pour des imbéciles jusqu'au bout.

Great option in Sultanahmet

Great option in Sultanahmet, close to the main places in the Old City - near to the Grand Bazar and 10 minutes walking distance from Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and the Cisterns. The hotel staff is very helpful and always willing to help, the room was clean, the bed is very comfortable, good shower. Breakfast is well served and varied, although Turkish influence predominates. I really liked the experience and would stay there again!
