It has the best position , one direction right out to the ocean and the other a couple blocks down from hah Sofia . It’s beautiful , with friendly staff and a great breakfast ( I mean fresh honey). Honestly it’s was great and I have nothing but good things to say.

The management’s conduct was extremely rude and unprofessional, and I am very dissatisfied with my stay there. The condition of the room was very unsatisfactory. The mattress and pillows were extremely old and uncomfortable. The room had a musty odor, and they served us with rotten fruit.

The hotel is lovely and clean and very convenient to major tourist sites (such as the mosques and museums -15 min walk). The food and breakfast the hotel was delicious with many options. The main outstanding feature of this hotel had to be the staff, the manager and his team went completely out of their way to may our and the group we were withs stay, a wonderful experience. From check in to check out, they were polite, accommodating and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. We were on the ground floor of the annexe which had good and bad points. The room was very quiet with a big comfy bed. The view outside from our window was horrible though - of some kind of generator- and the room was pretty dark. Very handy location for the historic sites and the area felt very safe.

My previous stay at the hotel was excellent so I decided to book a one night stay in Istanbul.Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I could not check in. I made a courtesy call to inform of my change in plans. In a generous gesture the hotel offered me a complimentary stay either next day or any day within next two months. The level of hospitality was truly remarkable. Two thumbs up for their outstanding service!

Really enjoyed our stay here -pleasant hotel -breakfast reasonable -nice pool albeit smallish but good to have in a city hotel -did a few hours sunbathing one afternoon -really good position for sights -Blue Mosque/Hagia Sophia/Topkapi Palace -short walk to quayside & a trip on the Bosphorus-would definitely recommend. Rooms pleasant -decor ornate -one issue they tell you that they have all the channels but you can’t get them (English)

Schönes kleines Hotel mit viel Charme in bester Lage! Freundlicher Service, gutes Frühstück mit reichlicher Auswahl, geräumige, schöne Zimmer in türk. Stil. Schöner Spabereich.
