Wonderful hotel. My mom stayed overnight between flights. Close to the airport, clean and tidy rooms, friendly staff, ready to help. Took a transfer, very clearly explained where to go, fast and without problems, I recommend!

They did not have the room we booked which is inconvenient as a family of four with small children. We booked two connecting rooms and instead they had two rooms "connected" by a balcony, which obviously does not replace the original booking.

Disappointed. Our flight arrived late into Istanbul therefore we had late check in. We were staying at this hotel due to a long layover, after checking in to get settle we realize it was no running water. We call they said 30 minutes. After 4 hours still no running water so we check out went to another hotel wouldn’t help us

The Great Airport Hotel was really nice for our short stay in Istanbul. We were there for two days total and they were very accommodating for us. My family always enjoyed the breakfast and the eating areas and windows were nice to look out from. There was an earthquake while we were there and the building was not affected at all and we felt quite safe during that time. The shuttle to and from the airport was comfortable and very efficient as well. I also really liked eating at the restaurants just north of it.

This is a clean and quiet hotel, about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Nothing extraordinary, but it was pleasant and relaxing. We had a basement room with a large window with a view of someone's parking space :). There is a restaurant, but it seems the food was sent from elsewhere so it took a while. It was good, but some of the dishes were oddly expensive: How was one serving of rice and lamb $35? It was a dish that would be about $13 in the US. There are a couple of restaurants near the hotel, and perhaps we should have tried those.

They have provided us with plenty of water to drink, coffee and tea. Also the towels smells great. The staff are so friendly and the taxi arrangements was smooth. Within walking distance was kebab restaurants and small markets. We had a great experience in our one night lay over. Thank you!

The hotel and the room were very clean, in a busy area but still quiet. There were a lot of dining options around. The staff was very helpful, getting our luggage as soon as we got off the cab. Cab was ready in 5 min whenever we needed it, Free and working wi-fi.nAlso great prices.
