Hôtel parfait pour quelques jours à Istanbul : situé près du tramway et du port, il permet également de rejoindre la place Taksim en 5 à 10 minutes (selon votre endurance en montée car il y en a énormément à Istanbul). Le staff est exceptionnellement accueillant et chaleureux, toujours disponible pour proposer un café ou un thé, des recommandations quant aux endroits où manger, ou encore réserver un taxi (à un prix fixe, ce qui n’est pas négligeable vu les bouchons qu’il peut y avoir à Istanbul) pour le trajet jusqu’à l’aéroport. La chambre que nous occupions n’était pas très grande mais honnêtement suffisante vu que nous n’y passions que la nuit. Je n’hésiterai pas à y séjourner de nouveau !

I can't recommend this hotel enough. Everyone on the staff is so nice, the hospitality is off the charts. Easy walk to the funicular up to Taksim, which made seeing the sights very easy. Very happy with my stay in every way, would love to come back someday.

Firstly, the best service - hospitality at its finest! 👌 Very friendly staff ☀️ They are the gems of this hotel. Location - very good. I recently stayed at this hotel in Istanbul and had an amazing experience. The service was outstanding — the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The entire place was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of the biggest advantages is the location. It’s perfectly situated with both a tram and bus station just a few meters away. From there, you can easily reach all the major travel destinations and sights across the city, making it an ideal base for exploring Istanbul. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Great value, great people, and a fantastic location!

1/2 block from tram but behind another building so quiet (no street or tram noise). FANTASTIC staff - very helpful & accommodating. Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt und kann es absolut weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut. Die Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Auch die Lage ist ideal: zentral gelegen mit guter Anbindung an Bus und Bahn. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Galataturm, Taksim, der Galataport und die Fähren sind bequem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Atmosphäre – ich komme gerne wieder!

Ein richtig schönes Hotel ! Sam really did an outstanding job as the Chief Entertainment Officer! One of the friendliest people I’ve ever met in Turkey.
