“An excellent apartment (we were in Unit G with the outside balcony). While we found the inside space to be a bit “tight,” we found the two decks to be beyond spacious. The view is fantastic and the locale is ideal for the waterfront area. The apartment was absolutely immaculate upon arrival. Self check-in was clearly communicated and the hosts were very proactive in outreach. The kitchen was small but adequately provisioned — and everything works perfectly. “Excellent séjour de 4 jours, appartement nickel, très bien aménagé et équipé. Si on veut être plus pointilleux, il faudrait ajouter des rideaux occultant dans la chambre et des oreillers plus confortable pour dormir (magnifique/gonfler pour la déco mais pas pratique pour dormir)”

“Wir wurden von Nikos herzlich willkommen geheißen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt! Zur Begrüßung gab es außerdem Wasser, Wein, Milch, Käse, Brot, Obst, Kaffee und Kekse. Wir waren wirklich überrascht. Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft, so viel Platz und Freiraum, eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Einrichtung ist so, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte alles in der Nähe. “Iris et Sandro ont été très accueillants, il ne manque absolument rien dans la location pour des voyageurs étrangers, peut-être qq couverts supplémentaires comme les petites cuillères ! Sinon torchon, linge de toilette, papier WC huile sel poivre … non vraiment rien ne manque et le petit cadeau de bienvenue fait et offert par notre charmante hôtesse. Le site est très calme placé en arrière d’une oliveraie, éloigné de la route et l’accès à la plage se fait sans pb. Bien situé pour visiter……

Wir waren zum dritten Mal dort, genießen jedes Mal die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit in Ferma. Das Wasser ist sauber, der Strand klein, aber fein, und man kann toll Fische mit der Taucherbrille beobachten. Es gibt schöne Strände in der Gegend, auch Wanderungen kann man machen (Achtung bei großer Hitze!), und wenn es genügezgeregnet hat bzw. die Jahreszeit passt, gibt es……

“Wij (gezin 4 personen) hadden hier een geweldig verblijf. Een heerlijk zwembad met voldoende ligbedden in een goed onderhouden tuin. Kleinschalig en rustig. Bijzonder werd ons verblijf door het gastvrije onthaal door de enthousiaste eigenaar die af en toe een drankje komt brengen en goede tips heeft voor de omgeving. De woning is met zorg ingericht in leuke stijl zoals op de foto's, goed verzorgd, werd tussendoor ook schoongemaakt. Grote koelkast, de kleine keuken en het zitje in appartement 1……

“I stayed at this property for 12 days in August 2023 with various members of my family there part-time - lots of comings and goings! My brother and his family stayed at the upstairs villa. This was an ideal location and set-up for a group get-away. Eleni was delightful, welcoming and responsive throughout. Our plans had to change a little and she was there to support - nothing was too much trouble. The villa itself is spacious, cool (very necessary) and generally well equipped. I left a couple……
