“Any five-star review is fake. This was the worst "hotel" we stayed at in all of India. Do NOT believe the photos of the nice rooms - they don't exist. Only filthy, smokey rooms falling apart. No wifi, far from the city and completely fake advertisement. Stay far, far away from this establishment. ”

“Horrible property, VERY dirty. Book a car and they only gave half of what we paid to the driver so driver took the longest route just to save some toll money. People taking advantage of others shouldnt be in the hospitality business.”

“We really enjoyed our quick stay at The Orchid Retreat in Agra, India! I was surprised how close we were staying to the Taj Mahal, as we were able to walk there to get in line & buy tickets in advance online. The staff were so timely, friendly, & helpful with Taj arrangements and information. The rooms were well maintained and cleaned nicely. The food was very nice. It’s a family run facility, as I really enjoyed that and liked supporting a family business. When in Agra in the future, we will be……
