Now make that dream a reality and stay at Sunset in Paradise Village! Located in Santa Clara, Sunset is surrounded by beauty and adventure; so much so that you will never have a dull moment! Santa Clara has many trails for walking, biking, and even horseback riding. Historic Downtown hosts The Santa Clara Museum and Heritage Square where you can find displays of pioneer artifacts. Enjoy the Red Desert views and explore beautiful Landmarks such as Fire Lake, Snow Canyon State Park, and Anasazi Valley Trailhead, all within a very short distance of Paradise Village.

Sunset is a beautiful 7 bedroom / 7.5 bath home that comfortably sleeps 24 guests or up to 26 guests with the assistance of a queen air mattress. Spend your days exploring the nearby National and State Parks, practicing your putt on one of the many golf courses, biking through the desert mountains, or never leave home! With Foosball, Ping pong, cable, 3 Xbox 1's, and a resort-style pool and water park; you do not need to leave Sunset to have the vacation of your dreams! Stayed at this house last year and loved it, so we brought family here for a reunion this year. House is well stocked with anything you might need. Property management is very responsive to concerns and the check in and check out process is super easy! Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely stay

The property was perfect! It is so nice when you’re looking for one that sleeps so many but there are actually enough king beds and bathrooms for privacy and space for multiple families. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. If you’ve never stayed in Paradise Village, the two community pools are nice, but having the private backyard pool was a big upgrade in experience! Would definitely stay again.

Great place

We loved staying here with our family of 11 adults and 11 under the age of 7. It was terrific to have a pool in the backyard as well as the waterpark. Property is so close to the waterpark! Kitchen is completely stocked with need apppliances and many booster seats! We had a great time.

Family Thanksgiving

It was a great place to stay. We had 23 in our family. The beds were comfortable , kitchen was great, the en-suite bathrooms for each room but the kids was great. Pool and hot tub were a hit. My only concern is there was not enough parking. Even with the overflow parking around the corner there was no place to park. We were told not to park on street but there was nowhere to park. I would stay here again.

Fun Family Vacation.

This house worked great for our family. Plenty of rooms/bathrooms for everyone and very clean. The grandkids loved their own pool and it was a quick walk over to the community pool and waterslides. Great communication with property manager. Would absolutely stay at this home again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our grandchildren loved the pool and had a great time. The dinner area was nice and big so everyone has a seat. We had a few minor issues but they sent someone out to fix the issues.

Great location.

The location was close enough to the water park to walk to quickly and just far enough to be away from any noise. Same with the pickleball courts. The bedrooms and beds were very good. The kitchen was really well stalked with plenty of dishes and silverware. We had my wife and I, out five sons and their spouses and 8 grandchildren. They loved it. The private pool was a big hit and the water park is designed for kids. We would definitely stay again.

Great venue

We loved all the amenities and location near the water parks and pickle ball courts. We loved that this property had a small pool for the kids and others to enjoy without having to go to the nearby water parks. Everything worked and the quality of the property and furnishings was very good. It was well stocked with kitchen plates, utinsels, myriads of cooking "equipment". We highly recommend this property!!

Vacay in Paradise

Extremely comfortable home. Lots of room. Lots of bathrooms. Wonderful patios and balcony. Wonderful amenities. This was a great place for our group of 11 to relax and play. Plenty of room to gather or have alone time. Easy access to hiking, mountain biking. Paradise Village is one of our favorite places to stay and this home was perfect for our group.
