“Sound insulation is quite poor”

“Overall, the property was good. When I first went into the room, the refrigerator was unplugged. The blackout curtain did not cover enough on the left side that the light from the back was shining directly onto left side of the bed. The bathroom was nice and I liked the cleanliness. The continental breakfast was very good. I liked that it had egg patties. I would recommend English muffins.”

“Beautiful condo. Well furnished. Only 45 min drive to Zion park and Within 2-3 hours drive to most surrounding parks and attractions. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“Property was clean and pleasant. Thoughtful welcome note and treats for people and pups. Bathrooms included plenty of towels, soap/bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Icemaker for refrigerator was broken with note stating such. A/C stopped working the second day (Saturday), either it was programmed that way or a malfunction. Call to management went unreturned after leaving voice message on Sunday. Second call to management company was answered……

“No phone service and the only view was of the mountain. Entrance and stairs from the parking garage could have been cleaner.”

“My family wanted this to be a 5 star vacation rental but unfortunately it was not. The ice maker in the refrigerator is broken. The local team did send a kid who dropped 2 bags of ice off which was nice. But for the rate they charge for the condo they can afford to replace the fridge. The jacuzzi tub was disgusting. Filled it up, turned on the jets and BAM it was full of black gunk that blew out of the jets. They offered to send housekeeping but I refused because it should have been cleaned……

“We had an amazing stay at Sweet Retreat. It is well maintained, clean and has everything that you need. We had some issues getting the outdoor fireplace to work but the issue was resolved quickly. The hospitality we received was amazing! Highly recommend booking your stay here!”

“Sehr schönes und perfekt ausgestattete Apartments. Sauber und ruhig. Gute Ausgangslage. Benutzung von Pool und Handtücher sind inbegriffen. Einzige Manko ist die viel zu weiche Matratze im Schlafzimmer. Zu 100% Empfehlenswert. ”
