“Great location, we’ll definitely stay here again. Really lovely modern hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Valet service was very good & efficient. Bathroom and bedroom were very spacious but are very dark (black interior). Room was very quiet. The only issue we encountered was that despite it being mid/late May and the town being busy, the Wagyu restaurant and hotel Bar were closed on one of the two nights we were there. It seems a lot of places in Durbuy only open certain……

“Unterkunft neu und alles sehr schön. Sehr nettes Personal. Leider gab es viele Moskitos. Fliegengitter wären hilfreich. Die Klimatisierung läuft über eine Klimagerät. Das hat nicht gut funktioniert. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es allerdings auch recht warm! Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb.”

“Hotel moderno con piscina sito in zona tranquilla. Ho trovato la camera pulita ad eccezione di una macchia di poco conto sulla moquette. Molto apprezzata la cassaforte. Il letto era confortevole e altrettanto la scrivania dove mi sono dedicato al back office quotidiano. Il bagno era pulito e funzionale e di mio gradimento. Il personale è stato veramente gentile e premuroso riguardo ad ogni mia esigenza. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole e sarò felice di tornare quando tornerò in zona.”

“農家？をホテルに改装したブティックホテルで田舎にある立地とともに雰囲気を感じることができる。 部屋もスイーツだったので、十分な広さとおしゃれな内装で満足できるものだった。しかし、給湯器にエラーメッセージが点灯しており、ヒーター、給湯とも作動できず、レセプションに人もいないため、手の施しようがなく、寒い中就寝することとなった。また、1/1の宿泊だったためレストランは休業で、周辺のスーパーマーケットも休業だったため晩御飯が買ってあった少量のパンのみでひもじい思いをした。 立地的に周辺の街にも遠くレストランもないため、1/1であってもオーベルジュとしてレストランの営業をのぞみます。 レセプションを省力化することについて、エコに対しての姿勢は認めますが、そうであれば、なおさら設備のメンテナンス、作動状況の確認はしっかりと実施していただきたいと思います”

“Lovely place to stay. Comfortable bed in a pretty room. Breakfast was great with home made jams and yoghurt and local honey. Nice quiet area and the great swimming pool set in the lush garden was really welcome on a warm day. ”

Kaikki oli loistavasti, huone oli viihtyisä, aamiaijen oli mahtava, lähellä keskustaa, hyvät pysäköinti paikat, hintataso mahtava, mukava henkilöstö, paras hotelli viimeisen 2 viikon matkalla. “Bâtisse pleine de cachet, charmante, à proximité d'un supermarché Colruyt et à quelques minutes du centre de Huy en voiture. Le parking gratuit est un vrai plus ! Dans la chambre : agencement un peu particulier, la salle de bain étant en bas, ce qui complique les visites nocturnes aux WC notamment pour les enfants. En ce qui concerne la prestation, nous n’avions que 2 serviettes de douche et 1 serviette à main pour une réservation pour 3. Egalement un unique sachet de café, 2 sachets de thé et……
