Unbelievably Poor
I stayed from Mar 24 and check out Mar 28 in Swissotel Izmir with poor expenses below
First night, when I went to bed and tried to off all lightings but I couldn’t even tried using Master Off repeatedly, finally, technician came to fix it by manipulating the setting in the in-room control panel without sorry, that was 01:00.
Second day, after whole day work outside and returned the room, bed was made and bottle water refilled, however, toilet was dirty but not cleaned, long hair on bathtub (I am short hair without guest visiting in between) and only two mid-sized towels available, improved after complaining.
Third day morning, I was trapped in the elevator from floor 0 to floor A, unknown time at the beginning and rescued within 10 minutes, never experienced before.
Fourth day after returning, hair from others on bathtub again! I asked whether domestic and international counters in Izmir Airport are in the same building but not actually, identified when we are in the airport. I clearly ordered Virgin Mojito in lobby lounge and came with Mojito and made me feeling uncomfortable even I just took one spoon, I am alcohol allergy.
Fifth day, We booked a hotel car to airport, three of us needed to walk with big luggage to another side about 3 minutes without porters’ help. Why the car could not be available at the main entrance to make our lives easier?
