“在日本遊玩期間遇到同預算內最好的酒店！服務很好，職員都很有耐性及很友善。雖然酒店內沒溫泉，但有免費提供的溫泉接駁服務，每天都有drink bar及cocktail time (免費），房間也超大，冰櫃夠冰，充電等設施也沒限制，十分推薦！另外松本也有很多娛樂，整個旅程待得很開心。”

“A really old-fashioned Japanese onsen experience like nothing else. We ate in the Japanese restaurant one night and French the other evening. The food was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable but old fashioned. I would highly recommend the room with a private onsen - we saw tanuke (Japanese raccoon dogs) approach whilst we were bathing which was a really special experience. We hiked to the ridge (5 hours return) through a beautiful forest.”
