“It's the little things that put this over the top. Jim left us lots of water, Hershey's kisses, and blueberry muffins. He's very hospitable and gave us a full tour of the property when we arrived. We stayed for a long weekend. We took advantage of the fire pit one night. It was nice commutable distance to LBI, about 45 minutes at peak traffic (and he had beach badges for us to use).
