Important Information

• No elevator; condos are stair-access only, not wheelchair-friendly.
• One-time cleaning fee: $150 (Luxury Parlor Suite), plus development fee & taxes. No daily housekeeping service.
• Condo units are stocked with coffee cups, pots, pans, appropriate serving utensils, and linens. Replenished upon request. Washing detergent is provided along with other amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Each luxury condo has assigned covered parking. For extra cars or trailers, get passes from the resort Front Desk.

Snow King Condo

Cozy place especially with the fireplace on cold nights. Perfect for a couple with one or two kids or a grown kid that needs privacy like ours. Love that it has 2 full bathrooms and even though the Murphy bed is in the living it still has a door to shut off from the rest of the condo for privacy. No dishwasher or stove but you still get a sink and mini refrigerator which is all we needed.We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The stay here at the mountainside was great. So many food options, and shopping immediately nearby. Place was cozy, clean, and so nice during the fall season.

The condo was clean and a great location. Disappointed that there was not a full kitchen, very limited counter space, and additional fee’s for use of the facilities & incidentals were charged upon check in.

No running water

The unit had no running water on the third day so they had to move us into a new but smaller unit. Then, they couldn't figure out how the door key worked for the new unit so we couldn't leave the new unit for four hours. Wasted 7 hours of our day. Book somewhere else.

The property suited our needs, but was not quite what I was expecting for the price. The decor is a bit outdated. The parking garage is difficult to get in and out of, and we were surprised to find that we had to haul all of our luggage up 3 flights of stairs!

Great Location

Visited over the 4th of July. Jackson Parade was a short walk away and the Fireworks were on site. Short walk to Broadway for shopping and dinners. Only got the car out one day to go explore the Park!

Jackson Condo

Liked the condo, but the Spa facility was a let down. The spa hot tubs were not clean and their jetted power was very poor (unusable). Plus, the location of the condo is not convenient to the separate pool/hot tub facility of the resort. Requires driving to the main lodge/pool or managing a long steep incline. So inconvenient that we did not use it. There is a resort fee charged at check out over and above the fees already paid and included in the "Total" within the Pricing Tab of the reservation. While an explanation is contained within the details of the property tab (which we discovered afterwards), this should have been well explained within the Pricing Tab and the "Total" charge should have a reference to an additional forthcoming charge avoiding any confusion / frustration. In other words, "total" doesn't mean total. The condo itself is nice, but has no dishwasher. We were required at check in to sign a form stating that we would place dishes in the dishwasher, which does not exist. The Murphy bed was very helpful, providing a separate sleeping area. Enjoyed having two bathrooms and a laundry. The rear view was somewhat impaired due to construction and faces a hill limiting the view.

Checked all the boxes!

We love staying near Snow King when we visit Jackson Hole. We love the walkability to town for dinners, and we got in extra steps exploring some uphill hikes with Snow King in our back yard. Our place was cozy and we enjoyed the ambiance of the fireplace, and warming up with a soak in the hot tub after skiing Jackson Hole. We will be back!

Unusual layout

This was a nice condo, but a little awkward for two couples. The murphy bed was very low to the ground, and there was no other seating area or access to the Living room or Kitchenette when the other couple retired for the evening. It would be better for just one couple.

Good Stay

I gave this a 4/5 stars because dealing with Snow King is frustrating. We did not know and were not told that we needed to reserve the shuttle to and from the airport and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort 2 days before we arrived. We ended up paying the amenity fee the hotel requires but not being able yo use the service until half way through our stay. Because you aren’t part of the hotel they do not give you a good understanding of what it really covers. The condo is a bit aways from the center lodge so if you have a lot of luggage or skis it’s a long way to walk and hike your gear up to. Especially if the front desk gives you the wrong directions. The condo itself is exactly like the pictures. The bathrooms are phenomenal however the bedroom lighting is minimal. There is no “kitchen” just a microwave and mini fridge. It’s a beautiful place. Working with the team is easy. You just really need to understand the fine print.

Would have liked more of a kitchen. Fireplace was nice. Location good. Beds good. Dealing with snow king for check in not very good. Also had to deal with snow king to remove extra charges already paid with Vrbo. Hot tub not very warm at snow king. Place was good though didn’t spend much time there but location was great for state high school races.
