Cabins are clean and well-maintained. There is no air conditioning, but there is a fan available in the room. In terms of souvenir shopping and providing for travel essentials, the gift shop and convenience store are capable of providing for most needs. For a trip to both Yellowstone and Grand Teton, the location cannot be matched. Perhaps the one problem is that if you rely on fresh fruits and vegetables, or prefer early morning breakfast before hikes, you will have to negotiate around the fact that you will not have a refrigerator or microwave in the room, and that a microwave cannot be made available until after the breakfast buffet begins at 7 am. There is no produce in the convenience store.

Nice place to stay with our dogs. Rooms were clean and the area was quite. We had some nice walks.

Very dusty and cabin carpeting was full of rocks and pine needles. No housekeeping during our 3 night stay. RV parking right next to cabins which was never mentioned when booking. Would not go back

Room is spacious but not very clean. It seems dusty, possibly due to unpaved parking lot since our room is next to the parking lot. Mosquitoes are everywhere.

Property is overpriced for what it offers. Very outdated and needs a renovation. Dining is good, convenient to Yellowstone south entrance and Glacier park.

The convenience of the location is top notch but if you are looking for a 5 star resort, keep looking. This is a campground and even with the cabins you need to think like you are camping. There is no a/c and no insulation in the walls either. If it's 90 in the daytime, the cabins are 90 inside. The same night it drops to 50 outside, it's 50 inside. The biggest problem is the mosquitos. They are everywhere including swarms inside the rooms which prevents opening the door for additional airflow. I know it's nature but there are things the property can do to help. I would not stay here again because of the mosquitos. Also take note the gas at the station is a lower octane than normal so if you are hauling you might need to bump up a grade or two.

Great jumping off point between grand teton and yellowstone and excellent option if you want to avoid the traffic getting into the park from West Yellowstone

My wife and I enjoyed the Check in staff. They were friendly and professional. The cabin was in need of a facelift. There was no ac in the room which made it difficult with high temp of 87 and breathing issues. Also, shower handle had pink slime on it. Lighting in the room was very dim. Restaurant hostess was not very attentive and forgot about us. Would not stay again.

Spacious room. Love that we can get WiFi because its hard to get it anywhere else at Yellowstone. Only cons is the mosquitoes. We are prepared but still get a couple of bites.

The location is amazing! Right between Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks makes it a great place to stay. We stayed in the hotel-like rooms with 4 rooms per cabin. We didn’t notice any noise from the other rooms. It was clean and the beds comfortable. It was a short walk to the river and also a short walk to the ‘lodge’ where there was a decent restaurant, convenience store and gift shop. I think they also offered other services like horse back trips and such but we were only there for the night.
