满意：清洁度、员工和服务、住宿条件和设施
All in all, the hotel is fine. I needed it for one night, and the price was right. I think the hotel has been where it is for a long time, and the neighborhood around it has changed, not for the better. But at the same time, being in a commercial area makes it a convenient location.
The only two clear negatives for me were the pool being closed for renovation, and the air conditioner making the window curtains billow and gap open. I solved that by taking one of the couch cushions and wedging it in the space so the curtains would stay put. But obviously, that situation should be looked at.
Before checking out the next morning, I looked forward to coffee in the lobby, since there was no coffee provided in the room...but while I did see a coffee dispenser, it was open and empty. Oh well. I went down the road to a breakfast place that was open.
I was comfortable at the Americana and enjoyed a good night's sleep.
