I want to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel from April 24 to April 26, 2025. I occupied rooms 301 and 314, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below the standards I expect — especially given the cost of over $1,200 for both rooms combined.
Several issues made my stay extremely unpleasant:
• In room 301, the refrigerator did not work, causing my food to spoil.
• In room 314, although I requested that housekeeping not enter, a maid entered without my permission, removed towels, and did not provide any cleaning service.
• The hallways and stairwells were dirty, with food debris present throughout my stay.
• There was a dead roach near the ice machine on the third floor, and the ice machine itself was not operational all day.
I did bring these concerns to the attention of the front desk during my stay. However, I am following up now because I believe the severity of the situation deserves further attention. I also have photos and videos documenting these issues.
Given the amount paid and the reputation of the DoubleTree brand, this experience was unacceptable. I am requesting a prompt response to discuss appropriate compensation and to understand how these matters will be addressed to ensure future guests do not have a similar experience.
