Under NO circumstances whatsoever would I recommend renting through this company - any of their properties. Our experience at Snow King was stressful and far from advertised and they will not take any action to rectify it, simply blaming it on Snow King front desk. Apparently they think it is appropriate for the resort to use your personal information - phone number, name, where you are staying and allow someone to call and ask if they can show the place to potential buyers while you are there. They will pressure you while saying you have the right to say no. I also have the right to be left alone and know that my privacy will be respected.What was supposed to be luxurious and relaxing was instead cabinets full of dirty dishes, no linens for the fold out couch, no blankets, a non functioning coffee maker, poorly stocked kitchen, and hours of no effort to make it right despite call after call. Leave Town will take your money and do nothing to make it right, claiming they have "no control" over Snow King. Snow King will lie and say they responded immediately. Well that's enough of a reason to avoid - why would I pay to have a rental agency have zero control over my experience??Based on my experience, I'm expecting a response to this stating everything was rectified immediately and it's more of Snow King and Leave Town refusing to take responsibility for anything. They lie, 8 of us are aware of the actual response times and the actual handling of it.
