Checked room and the cleaning chemicals were giving off a horrible odor. The room wasn't so bad; it was clean and fairly spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was strange, but it showered. The people in the room next to us were loud and they were loud all night long. They argued al lot. I heard him call her a "lying b***h" at 3am as I lay there awake. We were up early and went to breakfast which included some good hot food and was the only good part of staying there. I noticed the pair from the room next to ours make 3 trips to get breakfast. They had enough to last the day. I don't need to stay in place like this. I wish people would be more truthful in their ratings of properties.

The only thing that I would take a star away for is that there was no shower gel. There was shampoo, but no conditioner. Thankfully I did have some shower gel with me that I had from a previous trip. Other than that, perfect!

The room walls are paper thin. I had 2 room. One for me and my fiancee and one for my mother in law. We had driven over 10 hours and was very tired. Our rooms were on the 2nd floor. Our room was at one end of the hallway and hers was at the other end. I booked them together but we were separated. We heard bumping in the hallway and above us after midnight. I thought it was just us, but my mother in law heard the same. I let the lady at the desk know and she just said that it was the workers. I feel like that is inconsiderate to us and the other guests. It is a hotel. We lost 2 nights of sleep because it happened on the second night as well.

Very little interaction during check-in. Not rude, just not friendly. Hotel condition is fine even though it’s a little older. Room cleanliness was terrible. Obviously had not been vacuumed. A few splatters on the walls. Breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy always a good option.

First room we got in literally was not even cleaned, tv was on, towels were all on the floor in the bathroom, sheets definitely looked like someone had slept in them. Second room was a “non smoking room”, lol that was a joke, smelt like cigarette smoke and had smoke ALL in the hallway. Finally the last room we got in was decent, but bathroom was dirty and it just stunk SO BAD. Used to be our go to hotel coming from out of town but we will never be back.

I was driving from Tennessee to Texas and stopped for the night with my kids under 15 y/o. We checked in and went to our assigned room. Once we entered the room it smelt like cigarettes and musky. We went downstairs to tell the clerk. She asked a few questions like "did i smoke" "did i mess anything up in there" both were a NO. She said she had to go check before she could do anything for me. When she got back, she told me there is no smell and how i was lying. This was done Infront of my kids! I asked for a new room and received the next room down and eye rolls! When we entered into the next room, the smell was faint but it was not giving me any breathing issues. The room was NOT stocked with toilet paper or soap. We had to ask for it. They stated a pool... it was nasty! So gross. There was breakfast. No issues checking out. Besides the ash tray smell and rude clerk, i would stay again.
