The facility was clean. The front desk lady was amazing. What I didn’t like about my stay was it was loud alllll night. It sounded like they were doing construction the entire night.

It's a new hotel and in a very new area so it's clean, modern, and safe. Tons of food options right around the hotel. It doesn't have an ice machine or hair dryers in the rooms, but I was told they are working on that and will hopefully have them soon. The rooms are small, but cute.

The only downside is that I have a large dog and they want me for my dog to do his necessities at a small “designated”area (6 ft max area of grass). I walk him around before I knew and they told me after.

While this is a brand new hotel, it was overall a disappointment. The staff member was incompetent. She tried to put us first in a room with one bed, argued with me about my reservation that was for two beds. She proceeded to put me in an occupied room, turned the screen for me to verify and it had someone else’s name with my information. She promised to fix that, then finally put us in a room on first floor. The beds were hard, bed frames are cheap metal. The kitchens come with nothing. Not even silverware. You have to buy the kitchen set separately. I have never stayed at an extended stay hotel that didn’t provide basic kitchen items. I asked at check in if there was 4 towels in the room with two beds and she didn’t know, said come back if I needed more. The doors slamming from other rooms was really loud, and people walked right next to our windows on the grass and we could hear their entire conversations. When I came for more towels, I didn’t bring my room key and she lectured me that I always needed to have my key. Repeatedly. There are no automatic doors which makes bringing your suitcases in a challenge. The door to our room wouldn’t lock without a lot of effort. There is supposedly coffee in the lobby but there are no cups to put it in. The one “positive” was also a negative. There was plenty of hot water but it was so hot that it would have scalded my kids if they turned it up and got in. I would never stay here again.

The room was advertised as having a Queen size bed but the bed was smaller. Very disappointing. The bed frame was cheap and squeaky. The hotel was fun other than the bed size being too small.

No TV, No WiFi , No cuttery Staff charges $53. Per night…Expedia charged my AX $80. You lost my airline business. Now working on the hotel stays? Goodbye Expedia!

The staff was very unprofessional,they double charged me and they didn't want to admit they did wrong .they didn't give me my money back .the elevator was not working and there's no one on property in the morning.

Was so excited about my stay here especially since it was a new establishment. Open arriving the room was very nice. But the hotel hasnt been here long but somehow me and my friend got stuck on the elevator in between the 3rd and 4th floor. The staff was very apologetic and moved me to the 1st floor so that shouldn't reflect on them. But upon going to the other room there was something nasty that looked like a booger stuck to the pillow case and no toilet paper. Tried to go to the lobby bathroom, no toilet paper. Have a kitchenette but no dishes ? Just not a great stay especially having to deal with being there for my mothers funeral, was looking for a more relaxing stay.

No ice machine, no ice trays to make ice. Had to go out to buy ice. No shade on window to keep light out. Other rooms had shades. Our room had only blinds & they do not keep light out. The biggest thing was the elevator wasn’t working & my husband has a heart condition and cannot climb stairs so we had to take a ground floor room. We do not like ground rooms bc of car noise outside the window. The lock on the door is very hard to open. This is a safety concern. Only opened 2 months ago & I would not stay here again. I like the cleanliness of the property. I like the full-size refrigerator and the stove top and microwave. I look forward to coming back and doing a longer day. The only thing I didn’t like was the tiny pillows. The first lady we encountered was not very friendly, but she got better. When we left, we met the manager and she was great.
