“Overall stay and location was great. House was clean.Had some difficulty reaching the host when we could not get into the property upon arrival. Front porch swing seemed a bit unsafe. Furniture looked great but most was not very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. There was a bit more light at night than we were comfortable with (namely coming from the TVs) and made it a bit more difficult to fall asleep. (We just covered them up) Once got hold of the host, they were easy to work……

“My family of 5 had a great two night stay. The property was in a very nice neighborhood with tons of things to do for the family. The home itself was clean and updated with several areas for our family to stretch our legs and relax.”

“The house is very comfortable. It is not a new build or cookie cutter rental, but is very clean and very family friendly. The neighborhood was full of friendly families that were quick to give hello greetings in passing. Very quiet area and reasonable distance to everything in the city and just over an hour from the french corridor in new orleans. There was a tv with a roku in every room and very solid wifi. The ac worked great in the 90 degree heat. There was no crib but the host on a minutes……

“This is a great home! Beautiful house and neighborhood. Close to everything we needed. All of the food recommendations we tried were wonderful... Simple Joe Cafe, Elsie's Plates and Pies and Sammy's Grill. The accommodations and amenities were nice... bikes, games, outdoor sitting areas. We had a blast playing Cards Against Humanity! It was truly an unforgettable trip. We will definitely rebook when in Baton Rouge again. Thanks for everything!”

“I rented the house for the Spanish town parade, it was walking distance. The house was very nice and the location was great! The host responded in minutes any time I had a question!”

“I was here for an event at the Raising Canes Center, only a 10min walk. The inside was very well kept and fit my groups needs very well. Communication with the property manager was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend this spot if you are in town for something downtown!”

“Very old part of town, so small roads--I don't recommend bringing your dually pickup. We walked the area & everyone we met was very friendly. We enjoyed looking at the eclectic collection of homes and Mardi Gras themes people had set up in yards and on porches.Patrick was a great host and very responsive to our questions. I just wish we'd had more time to explore the area.”

“The property was easy to access, well-maintained, clean. The owner responded quickly to any questions that we had. We mainly just used the residence to sleep in at night as we were enjoying Baton Rouge; however, we did notice when we were in the house during the day, the thermostat was set to 77. I would say, as long as you don't plan on spending extended time in the house during the day (especially during the summer), this is the place to stay.”
