“Property and location is excellent. located just a few blocks of Hughesville Highschool where 14 firefighters from Winburne Fire Company in Clearfield County participated in a variety of different training courses offered. much better than driving an hour and a half each day. after class member participated in games and just general conversations. all were very pleased with the property. If Available will be staying there for future training weekends. ”

“This house is roomy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the area. There were six of us. Location is good for visiting World's End State Park and local hiking. We chose not to purchase a temporary membership in Eagles Mere Association. (For our weekend stay, the Association quoted us a $70 fee in order to use facilities. Since we were attending a family reunion in the area we didn't feel we would have time to use the facilities enough to make it worthwhile.) The house had games,……

“We stayed here a week in late August to celebrate some family time before the kids went back to school. Everything was just perfect. Even when the weather wasn’t cooperating we found plenty to do around the house and in Sweet Valley. When the weather cooperated, we were able to hike and swim and fish in many of the surrounding lakes and parks. Highly recommend. ”

“This is a beautifully renovated older home on very private property. The host has thought of everything you would need to make your stay comfortable and fun. Their little extras are amazing with plenty of supplies to make your stay effortless. All the bed mattresses are very comfortable too. We would return for another time in the future.”

“Property owners are so kind and accommodating and easily available. Felt like home, yet with the excitement of being away. Place was clean and fresh. Girls loved petting the alpaca and the on-site alpaca store is a cool bonus! Also loved the farm fresh eggs available for purchase! Quiet and full of nature! “The house was super cute and cozy. Modern appliances and furniture was very comfortable. The shower pressure was great!,Private and set in a wooded lot away from the road. Beautiful landscaping and comfy chairs on front porch where we watched a thunderstorm.The owner was extremely accomodating and responsive. Even checked in after our 1st night to make sure we didnt need anything. Property is minutes from state park. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property to escape from……
