The property was beyond our expectations...very clean, accommodating, easy to get to and the beds were very comfortable. “The house was good size and nice inside. Very clean and neat. The main negative was the lighting. Each room has several led lights in the ceiling with one switch for all of the lights. The wattage is very high and rather uncomfortable. We thought a dimmer switch would be very beneficial. A shear curtain on the front door would be nice to cover the full size glass.”

“This place is cozy , plenty of seating, comfortable bed in master bedroom. There's another room with bunk beds that I never used. Private back entry with seating in front of a fire pit. “Bedrooms 3 of them was just perfect for my needs. All areas were clean and tidy. Bathroom had been refurbished and was immaculate. If i had one complaint it would be the mattresses. I like a goldilocks approach, in this case 2 were too soft only 1 was ok. Maybe a refresh there. We cooked a lot perhaps some more cooking utensils. Once i seasoned the pans they worked. The neighborhood was quiet, we enjoyed sitting out in driveway, thanks for having fire pit. ”

We were there from NC for the High School Graduation of our granddaughter. The house was exactly what we needed with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Our NC grandson was most excited about visiting his TN cousins and the chickens and cool rope swing behind the house in the woods. So glad we found this on VRBO and plan to return.
