Enjoy this beautiful Summer Beach Sailmaker Condo. This gorgeous unit was just remodeled top to bottom.

This two story townhome has three bedrooms and three full baths that have been beautifully decorated. From the balcony you'll have a nice view of the Sailmaker pool and you're only steps from the beach access. Come enjoy the best of the best!

The upstairs bedrooms offer a King, Queen and an optional bedroom/office with a Full Murphy bed downstairs. This amazing condo and location is perfect for either your family beach vacation or a golf / tennis getaway!

The stay and the property overall was excellent. The unit was very clean and property was well-maintained overall.A few suggestions - need to upgrade lights in bathrooms as they were too dim. Also a rug in the living area would give it more warmth and cut down on the hollow sounds when walking through the area. Basic condiments would be helpful such as salt, pepper, and spray cooking oil. Also a sponge for cleaning dishes would be helpful.

We rented 3 units in Sailmaker. This unit had 3 bedrooms which was a plus. However, the kitchen was poorly stocked - no baking sheets, no serving bowls or platters, limited silverware and dishes. Needs a rug in the living room, patio furniture refreshed, and repairs on blinds. Good location and beach access.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodations were roomy with plenty of space for everyone. We had a few minor things come up like lightbulbs that went out and the property management was wonderful to work with. This is not a beachfront unit but did have a nice view of the pool which was convenient and nice to see if it was busy or not! The property as a whole was great, just a short walk to the beach. We saw all kinds of critters including a sea turtle! We would stay again.

We had a great time, property was great, family friendly, short walk to the beach. Had trouble contacting property management company, they wouldn't take a call, would just text (water main to the building went out so no water for last 2 days, no fault of theirs). Ultimately though, they did the right thing and reimbursed us for the inconvenience, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Despite the setbacks, our family loved the condo, the beach, and the area. Would definitely go back to this complex.

The condo itself was nice on the surface. Has a Keurig coffee maker but no regular coffee maker. The ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom and the ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom above the downstairs bedroom malfunctioning every time someone use the remote in either bedroom. Lighting outside on the stairs was not good.

The property is great for families with good space for two to eight people. The location is walking distances to the beach. Plenty to do in the area and anything you need is no more than 20 minutes away. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay in this great home. And it was another fabulous trip! The condo is quiet, clean and pretty. Communication with Mock Vacations was very good. We were very comfortable and will certainly return. We now consider this our “home away from home” when visiting Amelia Island!

This unit is super updated coastal, clean and comfortable - had everything we needed (even the beach chairs)! Great pool view in the shade of trees but just a minute walk to the sunny beach. Hope to return!

This is our 2nd time on Amelia Island. We really enjoyed this property location and amenities. Nice pool in the middle of the complex and access to a large pool towards the beach and edge. The property did not have ocean view but was beautifully set inside the tree canapé with a cute patio with a view of the smaller pool. The walk to the beach was short and in an area that was not very crowded nor allowed vehicle access. The property itself was very recently updated (kitchen, bathrooms, appliances and furniture) and very tasteful and comfortable. We would stay there again :)

Beautiful property ! Plenty of room for our family everyone was very helpful with all questions . We rented bikes which made it great for the kids . Beach is just a walk thru the grass! Would stay again
