The hotel has potential to be nice. But it's old and run down and in need of renovating. The floors in our room and the stair railing were sticky, which was gross. The stairs also were in need of a sweep/vacuum. Most of the staff were nice, except for one front desk person/perhaps manager. Being on the beach was nice and the drink prices are good. The beds were comfortable. We were told we would be able to work downstairs, but come to find out there's not many options and then were none, due to several events being held. Considering the condition and the cleanliness, we would likely not stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be back! The staff was so sweet and extremely helpful! The beach was right there and the room was extremely clean and smelt great! There was one tile that was falling off in our shower but for us it wasn’t a big deal because everything else was amazing!

I absolutely loved the property! Being right on the beach was amazing. The hotel itself has a beautiful vintage charm, with rooms and the entire property decorated in lovely antiques. When we arrived, we were informed about a wedding taking place and were kindly directed to areas we could and couldn't access during the event. Our room was oceanfront and included a sofa bed; however, it turned out to be a regular sofa. The staff was very quick to bring us a cot, which ended up being very comfortable for my son. The only downside was that, because the hotel is older, the floors creak and the walls are thin. Since our room was located right above the dance floor, we could feel the bass and hear the music from the wedding well into the night. Thankfully, the music did stop after midnight, allowing us to finally get some rest. In the morning, we could hear guests in the courtyard during breakfast, as well as music from the restaurant below. Parking was also a bit of a challenge, as it was located across the street and sometimes hard to find a spot. Overall, despite the noise and parking inconvenience, I would definitely return — it’s a beautiful and charming place to stay!

We booked this hotel on the basis that it was free parking - what we wasn’t told was that free parking is limited and there were no spaces so we had to pay for parking. We booked a traditional suite but were put in a standard room until I complained and we were then moved to the room we had booked and paid for. The worst thing about the stay was that there was a wedding on which we were not told about until arrival. It was unbearably noisy until well into the early hours. The floors were wooden and the room above were constantly rearranging the furniture. The hotel is not equipped to have weddings when other guests are staying at the hotel as there is no escape from the noise.

Old, classic hotel. Staff excellent - helpful and friendly. Not as antiseptic as a newer property, but we like that. Great location - everything you need within easy reach. We parked across the street and didn't move the vehicle for 3 days. No problem for us, but it might be an issue if the area is busier.

A l'arivée nous avons eu la desagreable surprise de voir que une reception avec pluseurs dizaines de jeunes personnes avait lieu devant la fenetre de notre chambre. La chambre que j'ai reserve n'est pas la chambre que j'ai eu. Pas ne menager dans l'hotel, aucune reclamation possible, nous avons ete informé que nous pouvons exprimer notre mecontentement au menager à partr de 7H du matin!!! C'est une catastrophe, une nuit blanche pour 200$

The facility was actually very nice and the staff was great. We just happened to arrive on a wedding party night and the place was a zoo. That said, I would give them a good rating, it was charming and I wish we had caught this location on a somewhat less hectic night.

I actually love this hotel!! But for some reason there were issues in the restraunt/bar!!!! There was no server for the entire place!! The bartender had to do all the running for food orders!! I ordered a plate of blue cheese chips. It took 45 min for it to come out!!! There wasnt a lot of people eating for it to take that long!!! Also the bartender didnt know how to make my drink. He could if looked it up when my husband ordered it!!! Instead i had to come tell him how to make a mudslide!!! Suggestion for the hotel get a blender!!!
