This is an historic hotel and is just charming. the staff are friendly and courteous. The penthouse restaurant/bar has a beautiful view overlooking the beach and ocean. The menu has variety and everything we ordered was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and again.

The nostalgia of this beautiful building is well worth coming to see. The woodwork, tile, and old elements have been left in place where possible. Top that with newer amenities and you have a win, win.

Staff very friendly, good location. Unfortunatelly we stayed at 207 room and there is a door between 207 and 209 room and the noise from the other room was terrible. Looks like we were all in the same room. Managemenge should do something with that door. I slept about 2 hour the entire night and was very tired next day.

My son actually stayed here..The front desk personel are extremily very kind and friendly and treated him with the up most respect..They make him feel at home and make him very comfortable, if he needed to switch a room..Great people!!

If you like the night life and want to party all night this place may work for you, but if you are not, you'll hate it. This place has event spaces, so they are loud all night! Then Margaritaville is next door, and they are noisy too! To top things off you have to hear drunks all night yelling and screaming. This place doesn't have their own designated parking, so you have to find some across the street or in front of businesses. Another hint of the bad stay we're going to have, the front desk clerk was an elderly woman who as sleeping and out cold. It took another staff to shake her awake because you couldn't tell if she was still alive. There was also poor communication on where the breakfast was to be served. They moved location without telling or having a sign telling you where to go. The bed has too firm. The only positive thing I can say about this property it that it is beachfront and it was clean.

Loved that this is a historic hotel with lots of dinig within walking distance. Only negative was DJ playing in restaurant until 2 am and we could definitely hear it in our room on the 2nd floor. At 5:30am they started prepping for a 9:30am wedding. Lots of loud movements and talking outside our room. Would probably be better if you are there for the event.

Beautiful old hotel, but it was on need of work. The one elevator kept breaking down and my wife needed it to get to the room. The hot and cold water were switched on the lavatory. Complimentary Breakfast was worth it, coffee was really good. Desk help were very friendly. Mattress was as old as the hotel. Rooftop bar had a spectacular view.
