Located in San Marco Jacksonville, this house is a dream. Klutho Architect corner home walking distance to the San Marco square shopping and dining and within minutes of driving distance to Downtown and Riverside. Newly renovated, but still with the historical aesthetic. The rooms are spacious with great natural lighting. This residence is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

With 2 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, enlarged kitchen, guests will find comfort and relaxation in this beautiful and serene property. Outdoor lighted patio and fully renovated bathroom is equipped with a rain shower head, and the living room offers additional space with a cozy sofa bed. Whether you're exploring the city or simply unwinding in the comfort of this marvelous house, you're sure to have a memorable stay. Enjoy your time in Jacksonville at our house.

Please do keep in mind that a property guesthouse detached is adjacent in the property and some outdoor patio is commonly shared.

Wonderful stay in San Marco

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 week stay in this historical bungalow, situated within a short walking distance of all the dining, shopping and entertainment San Marco has to offer. In these weeks, it really felt like home to us. The premises were spot-on clean, the living room inviting and cozy, and the beds very comfortable. Tim, our host, was attentive, responded quickly to a few things we needed, and welcomed suggestions. I highly recommend this property for a short or long term stay.

This home is perfect for a relaxing stay. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom has been renovated and is beautiful. The couch is large and cozy to hang out on and watch a movie. The high ceiling and many windows make the space bright and open. The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly.
