The upgraded kitchen is prepped for all your needs, including coffee and cookware. The large dining room makes this a great space for hosting. Fifteen minutes to downtown Jacksonville and Jaguar stadium and about 20 minutes from JAX airport. Enjoy no "chores" at checkout!

Convenient rental location

Nicely upgraded home with plenty of room for relaxation. Restaurants easily walkable. Nightime noise a concern (racing cars, squealing tires at 1am). Nextdoor neighbor a scary situation. Junk cars out front, home in major disrepair and looked abandoned.

Comfortable House, Walkable Neighborhood

Good: The house had everything we needed, and was located close to restaurants and businesses. There is a comfortable front porch to sit on and the neighbors said hello. Bad: There were cigarette butts on the porch and the interior had a slight odor of cigarettes.

We were in Jax for a family gathering with friends. Great location-our friends lived 5 minutes away Felt safe. Cozy place. Quiet neighborhood.
