Step into a private backyard designed for connection and comfort. The screened-in lanai houses a sparkling pool (heated upon request), a cozy fire pit, and a shaded tiki hut with a full grill station - ideal for evening barbecues or lazy afternoons. A ceiling fan overhead and the gentle rustle of palms complete the laid-back atmosphere. With beach access nearby and beach essentials provided, you'll have everything you need to spend the day in the sand and the evening gathered around the fire.

Indoor comfort
The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and offers plenty of room for gathering. Curl up for a movie on the big-screen TV with premium cable, or share a home-cooked meal around the spacious granite island in the fully equipped kitchen. Sleeping arrangements
With five well-appointed bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, the layout easily accommodates up to ten guests. The main-floor primary suite features a king bed and en suite bath, while additional rooms include a mix of queen and full-size beds, each with its own bath or private access. -Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
