My room was in total disrepair. I have pictures of a broken faucet that didn’t work. Missing drawers in the bathroom, and kitchen. This place should never be available to rent.

Strange odor in room as soon as you walk in. I have smelled similar in other properties and it is not pleasant. Wish they would have had coffee available in lobby or room other than breakfast time.

No front desk after 11 you got to call . And the cart things all the wheels are broken so be caref. No new towels before or after 9. Dishwasher leaked and was everything crazy. Under the bed was not clean and had to do myself. The breakfast wasn’t much to it. No eggs or such just muffins really and little ones. I did like it came with stove and big fridge. Not clean, towells smelled weird. Bath tub was dirty, and it flooded. I saw a baby roach coming out from under the bed, mattress way too soft. Sheets didn't seem clean.

The cleaning was really bad it was hairs all over the shower looks super dirty and the room smells like pee

It was nobody at the reception when we came it was about 10:30pm. It’s not breakfast it’s just muffins and coffe. Very disappointed especially with the cleaning the all building smell so bad and the room worse. Is dirty all over you walk

Bathroom was filthy and there were still dirty wash clothes in the shower from previous people. I was moved to a new room and the new room also had a dirty bathroom and the pillow cases were dirty. I am very upset. Extended stay is not wanting to give me a refund. I did not end up staying there and I left. It was disgusting.

I liked the location. I did not like the selection of items for breakfast that there was not any eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal and milk, fresh fruit, juices, or hash browns. I did not like that there were no cook ware, utensils, ice trays, and other kitchen supplies already available in the kitchen. I did not like that I requested ice trays and never received any. I did not like that I had to report the bathroom sink was clogged, and a light bulb needed to be replaced in the bathroom and lamp on the kitchen table. I did not like that I had to take towels downstairs to change out. I did not like the bathtub and feel it was clean or appealing to take a bath in.

The mattress on the pull out had a green stain on it. The 2 other beds are definitely worn out. The room has a damp smell to it. We were going stay another night but cause of these reasons we switched Hotels.

People live here and you get what you get with that. When we checked in, there were a couple of russian guys at the front desk checking in with "escorts". The hallway to our room smelt like straight pot. The bed was awful and i slept in the recliner for the two nights we were there. The staff was very understanding and friendly and gave me a partial refund for the inconvenience. The parking lot needed a good cleaning and people had their laundry out on their cars overnight. Lots of food choices nearby

BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT come to this hotel. I was traveling with my wife,3year old girl and newborn boy. Pulling into this hotel the first thing I noticed was the junkies standing by the door trying to get a free room although the outside did look clean and up to date. Checking into the hotel it was a hassle just to get 3 towels! Walking into our room the god awful smell of urine almost made me take the kids to sleep in the car being it was so late and hard to find another hotel. Walking into our room in the beggining our keys did not work so I had to go back down the elevator that is very sketchy to get new ones. Walking into the room I was greeted with a cabinet hanging. I told my wife to just take a shower it will not be forever it is just too late for a new hotel. After 30 minutes of no hot water still u went down to complain. Ofc no one knew anything about this. After the front desk told me it should be back on it still wasn't an hour later I went to go back down to get it fixed. Ofc no one is at the front desk and I have to call on the phone. Another lady appears and tells me she is going to flip the switch on the water heater bc of the previous lady who did not know how to fix it. After the nightmare of Luke warm water I look up to black mild all inside of the hotel. Buyer beware this is not the end. They moved me to a different room which is "upgraded' to be even more filthy!
