Relax in this upscale fully remodeled 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home in the well-established Charter Point Neighborhood in Jacksonville. The house is nestled in a stunning waterfront neighborhood with many large trees. Charter Point is situated less than 15 minutes away from the downtown area and its many attractions and landmarks. Also, about 5 minutes from Jacksonville University and about 20 minutes to University of North Florida.

Perfect for our family

Beautiful location

This home is situated in a very nice neighborhood. Convenient to downtown and other areas. House is nicely updated. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We didn't care for the bedroom mattress nor the living room couch other than those issues the stay was nice! Thank you!
