Its open floor plan features a combined kitchen, dining and entertainment area that opens onto an ocean view balcony. The master bedroom has a new King Bed and beautiful views out to the beach. Steps away from the beach and walk out the door straight to the pool. The Terraces at Beachside sits at Main Beach which offers a unique park-like setting, complete with a volley ball court, covered picnic areas and barbecue grills for your convenience and two new restaurants within steps of condo. The Terraces at Beachside is only 2 miles from Historic downtown Fernandina offering many unique shopping and dining experiences! The Terraces at Beachside is a quiet and cozy accommodation with only 15 units total. For the most in comfort and security there are interior halls complete with elevator service and covered parking lots. Wonderful stay

I almost want to not tell how impressed I was with this property. Huge living area. Great location. Restaurants within 1 minute walk. Nice pool for a 4 year old or adults to cool off in. Will definitely be back!!

Perfect home away from home

We enjoyed having 3 patio doors, especially the one in the bedroom. You can hear and see the ocean while lying in bed. Location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and a couple restaurants nearby. Plenty of amenities, washer/dryer, and I especially appreciated the decor:) Downtown has lots of restaurants and a few coffee shops that we visited. Would highly recommend!

Chilly but lovely stay in January

My husband spent the weekend visiting family here. The temperatures were in the 30'S and 40's. The condo was pleasantly warm but hard to do much outdoors in those temps. The condo had everything we needed. Comfy bed and good pillows!

Great Condo, Great Location

We absolutely loved this condo! So convenient to everything and all the amenities we needed for a week on the beach. Parking was great, beach storage in the parking garage, full kitchen, two bathrooms, great layout, a balcony, and best of all a little writing nook. Such a wonderful place... I never wanted to leave!

Nice Place!

Had a great couple days at the condo. Loved the location and accommodations. Great responses from the owner. Cleanliness was very good except sand in both bathroom floors. Water in smal bath shower could not be completely shut off. Small drip. Enjoyed our stay!!

Great stay!

We loved our stay! Condo was clean and very cutely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Loved having the big tub! So relaxing! The balcony is the very best part—great view and always shaded! Wi-fi was good; I had to do a little work while there, and no problems with wi-fi. Lots of room for just the two of us. So many great restaurants downtown close to the condo. We never miss going to Timoti’s —our absolute favorite!

Family vacation

This was our first trip to Amelia Island. This condo was a great place to stay. The location is awesome. The place is fully stocked and very quiet. The pool is literally steps outside the door. The beach is an easy walk from the building. There’s a great restaurant next door as well. I would add that this isn’t an ideal spot for multiple couples to stay and share. While it will sleep several people, the condo truly is just one bedroom. There are 2 sofa beds but they don’t have privacy and they’re not super comfortable. My family consists of 2 teenage boys plus my husband and I so for us it was a perfect set up, but if your group has a different make up then that’s something to consider. There are 2 big bathrooms which is a plus even with just one bedroom. The only downside for our experience is that the king size bed in the bedroom was not comfortable. One side felt like you were laying on a board and the other side felt like you were laying in a hole. We were usually so worn out from the beach that we slept ok but if the mattress was upgraded, this would be the ideal family vacation spot. I still give this a 5 out of 5 because that’s a minor thing and the overwhelming list of pros more than balances it out.

Girls Weekend

I took my daughters and a friend of theirs down for a few days and we had a great time. I was able to relax, enjoy the beach and food AND love that they had a great time. The Sand Bar and Crab Trap were really good. We love the proximity to everything. We feel very safe and at home on Amelia Island. We were able to find several sharks teeth while on the beach which is one of our main things to do at the beach :)

Beach and relaxation

This is the second time we have stayed at this unit. Both times we have gone have been fantastic the description is exactly how the condo is. The place is clean, spacious, bright and comfortable . The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and then some . The beach is literally a 2 minute walk from your door to the walkway. Two restUrNts in under a 3 minute very easy walk/stroll and they usually have live music most of the week. About a 7 minute drive to the. historic harbor front which has so much to offer. We can’t say enough good things about our stay and how resp naive the property manager is for any questions you might have . We will h be back again !

Exactly what we needed!

The condo was spacious and very well equipped. Location was right at the beach, so we could leave chairs (provided) and go back and forth. The Historical District is a 5 min drive with shops and amazing restaurants. There are also two good restaurants by the condo. Owner also provided a gorgeous full moon over the ocean one evening!
