It is new and a great place to relax. There is some green space for sitting on the porch and watching cars go by. The inside is relaxing and the colors are perfect for a Florida home. In true Florida style the house sits on a lot that is open. No worries everyone it safe and friendly around here. If you want a true Florida experience to include outside relaxing on the carport, this place is for you. Great Indoor or outdoor option. Grill out back and the beach is 40 minutes away and Downtown is 20 minutes away. Trust your instincts and book this home, You will not be disappointed. This property is on a large quiet lot. The neighbors are very friendly. The house is neat, clean and beautifully decorated. The owners are very personable. They are easy to contact, and are willing to help make your stay pleasurable. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was good but the host called at 7:30 am when we checked out and said 1 towel was missing. She then called back to say a bath sheet had turned gray in the wash. I feel like that kind of stuff is normal wear and tear.

Amazing Stay!!!!
My husband and I were so happy with this property. The house was so spacious inside and beautifully decorated. This property was perfectly suitable for 5 guest with tons of open space. This house was so much more than the pictures could capture. Everyone was so amazed at the size and comfort. The master bedroom and bathroom were beautifully oversized, the guest rooms were also impressive. This open floor plan was a breath of fresh air. The location was very private with a long driveway and beautiful yard. The host was beyond amazing one of the best experiences I have encountered with a vacation rental. We will definitely be returning for future stays! 10 Star Stay!!!!!
