After a sun-soaked afternoon by the beach, rinse off the salt and gather outside for dinner with the barbecue grill sizzling nearby. Evenings wind down with the soft glow of the TV or the sound of crickets outside.

Sleeping arrangements
Inside, two bedrooms and a loft provide space to unwind. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, dresser, and TV for relaxed evenings. The second bedroom offers two double beds, perfect for sharing the space with family or friends. An upstairs loft with a futon adds flexibility for reading or additional sleeping. With two full bathrooms, there is room for everyone to settle in comfortably.

Outdoor living
The screened porch is an inviting spot for morning coffee or quiet conversation, with views of the marsh beyond. A dining area and barbecue grill let you enjoy meals in the open air. Guests also have access to a shared year-round pool and nearby beach access for long walks along the shoreline.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table make it simple to enjoy meals at home after a day outdoors.

Everyday convenience
Washer and dryer are available in the unit along with towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, soap, and toilet paper. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected, while air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep the space comfortable. Entertainment is provided by a TV with standard cable.

Safety & access
The townhouse has a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher, with free parking for two vehicles on-site. Please note that a carbon monoxide alarm is not available.
