As such, we do not collect security deposits or enter into landlord-tenant relationships governed by long-term occupancy laws.

Please be advised that credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation or refund. These fees are charged by the payment processor at the time of booking and are not recoverable by our company.
If a cancellation occurs—whether within or outside the refund window—any refund issued will be net of the original credit card processing fee.

A signed guest agreement is required by local ordinance to gain access to the property.
It will be emailed the week of your arrival and must be signed before check-in instructions are released. The agreement outlines local codes and policies on: Occupancy limits, Parking, Noise & quiet hours, Trash handling, Pets , Events & gatherings Property damage, Prohibited commercial activity Absolutely no parties, events, or unauthorized visitors.
EVENT FRIENDLY HOMES REQUIRE ADDITIONAL FEES, INSURANCE AND AGREEMENTS
QUIET HOURS are strictly enforced from 9pm TO 8AM, per local ordinance.
Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and fines starting at $1,000, charged to the guest
PARKING: Maximum number of vehicles: 3 No street parking.
PETS: must be pre-approved in writing before check-in. Pet fees must be paid in full.
No excessive barking or unattended pets. Guests are fully liable for all pet-related damages or disturbances. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless covered with provided protection. Guests are expected to clean up after pets indoors and outdoors.
TRASH: All trash must be fully bagged and placed in designated receptacles. Message will be sent the night before trash pick up for compliance
Use of the property for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written consent. This includes: Content creation, Photography/videography, Podcasting or interviews Coaching, classes, or client sessions,Retreats or private business events

SECURITY AND CAMERAS: For your safety and the security of the home, exterior camera is at the ring system doorbell is present. There are no interior cameras or surveillance of private guest areas.
SMOKING AND VAPING are not permitted inside the property under any circumstance.
A minimum $1,500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Underage drinking and illegal substance use are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM (IF WE CAN ACCOMMODATE AND WE KNOW ABOUT BEFORE WE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF EARLY IN OR LATE OUT IS AVAILABLE IN WRITING)
Guests must follow check out instructions including timing. $100 an hour will be added for late check outs not approved
