Located on the south end of Amelia Island in the gated Summer Beach Sailmaker community. Full kitchen with updated appliances and countertops--standard coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker. Two-story, two-bedroom townhome includes one King bedroom, a second bedroom with two twins, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Two beach chairs and beach towels provided. Beautiful live oaks provide a canopy of shade as you drive toward the community. There are walking and biking trails all along the way. Once you arrive, take a peaceful walk on the beach, read a good book, or enjoy the warm waters of the Atlantic. Don't feel like the beach? Sit and relax by the pool. When you return home after a day of fun in the sun, enjoy the amazing views from our private balcony.

Adventure seekers can go kayaking, sky diving, or horseback riding. Just a short drive to historic Fernandina and you can wander down Centre Street to explore a variety of wonderful shops and highly-rated restaurants. If you are a history buff, Ft. Clinch, on the north end of the island, is a must-see. It sits in a beautiful state park with amazing views, fishing, biking, and shelling. NOTES:
There are two parking spots available. One in the front of the building and one in the other row. Oversized vehicles will not fit.

Entry is on the second floor.

One dog is allowed, there is a non-refundable fee and guests must sign a pet addendum to the lease.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system.

Damage Protection is included with this rental but guests are responsible for damages in excess of the policy.
There is a $150 credit card hold for the security deposit. You will be notified if there are any charges and it is released 10 days after you depart.

We use email communication to sign our lease and provide guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests, for their protection, purchase travel insurance.
