kitchen was very slow, servers were great, elevators didn't work, ice maker didn't work, door lock didn't work, nice place to stay but could use better management. Nobody seemed to be in charge.

Rooms were dated but fine. Servers in the restaurant were very nice and tried their best but i waited an hour for a chicken sandwich and my fried vegetables consited of a few tough green beens. It was obvious, there was no management for the restaurant, Fortunately for them, they are the only game in town.

I was injured and limping after my hike and when I checked in, the staff was immediately helpful getting me a crutch to help me walk, sending a full bag of ice to my room, and when I unexpectedly got a ride to the hospital the next morning , they credited me all my money back for the next night when I checked out early. Also the cookies are amazing.

Schöne ruhige Unterkunft, man kann durch den Wald spazieren was sehr schön war. Das Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen trotzdem würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Einrichtung hat mir sehr gut gefallen

We loved this place, reminded me of our camp in the UP. It was so warm and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was incredible and I’m craving the homemade cookies. Would definitely stay there again!

A quaint stop out of history. Very charming, local inn with a fireplace, a counter to have your meals, a convenience store, and also right outside the road to the north rim, with Vermillion Cliffs NM right down the road.

Hôtel où il fait bon vivre

Bungalow à 5 minutes de l'accueil et du restaurant et situé en pleine forêt. C'est très agréable. L'accueil est chaleureux et nous accueillait avec un feu de cheminée. Le restaurant et le service sont top. Ça vaut le coup d'y goûter quelques plats ou desserts cuisinés sur place. C'est délicieux. Pour les - : manque une cafetière dans la chambre et la clim réversible est très, trop bruillante

A great place to stay, friendly staff and good food. Unfortunately the heater in our bedroom was not working and, due to the altitude, and the very cold weather we were absolutely frozen.

Good quiet position for going into North Rim Grand Canyon and has an excellent restaurant. We were in the hotel out the back with no fridge or microwave. No way to make a hot drink(and it snowed) so have to walk back to the main inn. Not safe in the dark. Claimed a fire risk meant no coffee maker etc but that made no sense as curtains cover heater at night which is a fire risk so we turned it off. Room a good size and good shower.
