“I really liked your place, very clean and nicely decorated. The bed matress was really nice,- I often come to a sagging matress.. but here i could stay in bed all day, it was quiet,- and very clean…Definitely not a place for kids under 6-8 yo.We were here to visit w family and it worked out great. The owner and assistant were very helpful. Thank you!”

“Very modern home, very comfortable, nice with new appliances. There was nothing wrong with the property. Easy to find using Google Maps and printed directions. Easy to get out to town and surrounding area . Quite private if you closed the property gate, but since it was at the end of the street that was optional for us. While not important to us, if you are really tall you’ll love it - definitely not cramped!”

“Great stay, perfect for our dogs. Big, fenced yard. Fun house, nicely remodeled and decorated. Simple and clean, not fussy. Good parking, neighborhood felt safe, nothing fancy. Walking distance to a cute market, neighborhood dog walking safe. Centrally located to enjoy Trinidad, Arcata, McKinleyville, etc. We would definitely go back to this property, local contact was friendly, organized and professional. ”
