“The best hotel I ever stayed in the past ”

“Stayed here for two nights and found it clean and convenient. However, this place is let down badly by poorly trained staff who make no effort to make customers feel welcome or at ease. The hotel is nice enough but does not seem to be cut out for the International traveler, due to its extremely limited breakfast choices and staff that are not trained at all for displaying politeness or proper ettiquate ”

“This was the first time I tried lemon tree hotel chain, and it was highly maintained and very nice ambience. The staff is very supportive and food of restaurant is awesome. I tried buffet as well as alakarte and both were just delicious. Only regret I have is the size of rooms, the size of rooms are very small. But well maintained.”

“Nice clean property located on the service road of Western Express highway. Going across the highway was somewhat painful as U-turns were involved. Autos are available with their usual quirks. Hotel staff helpful. ”

“Great property and next to night clubs and restaurants which are good”

“This hotel did not have any signboard that said "FabHotel". I had to ask around to find it. It seems like a new property where construction is still going on. The rooms are new, but do not have much facilities. Toiletries missing. Mosquitoes everywhere. Water was not bottled, they offered only RO filled water bottles. At night, someone shut the main gate (which is basically a construction site gate). I could not enter the property, there was no guard or was asleep inside somewhere. I never……

“comfortable clean room, good breakfast, but wifi is slow.”

“Great stay as usual at Ginger, no complaints. Clean rooms, comfortable bedding, free snacks, although the rooms are small, not bad for Mumbai though”
