“We booked in at this hotel since we needed a couple of extra rooms when attending a family wedding. Were not impressed with the check-in desk when we came in at night, and the wifi didn't work. But we were happy the room was warm and spacious, and that we could have a warm shower after a long drive. The towels were not of great quality, but Biotique toiletries were a welcome sign. “Room and facilities were excellent and very well maintained. Staff is attentive and very helpful. Hotel is away from the main road and noisy traffic. Access to the hotel, though, is through a local road that is not well maintained... not a problem if you are driving but not very walkable. ”

“Wonderful 5 star stay at a beautiful property. The homestay is decorated in a Japanese Indian style very peaceful elegant and intentional with big rooms overlooking the green mountain side dotted with temples. The hosts went above and beyond on our stay helping us arrange (last minute) drivers and guides, giving us local recommendations, and even taking us around to their personal spots and introduce us to locals and including us in what felt like the true Jaipur. “Everything was amazing! ✨✨✨ The staff, especially Shantanu, couldn't be more helpful. Very good English so easy communication. They responded to our messages and answered our questions very promptly. The location is good and very quiet. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. “Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. The bathroom outside was so awful, that my father came back in and asked to use a regular bathroom inside the property and again explained he is a guest that is about……

“The highlight to our vacation in India was the cooking class provided by the wonderful family who own Raghunath Haveli. It was so much fun. The owners of this place truly make you feel like you matter and you are family. They take care of you to the point that when we had to leave at 1:30 in the morning, the son made sure we got to our transport which they arranged. The kindness of the staff is also noted. “Jaipur Haveli was a dream! Vikram and his family were wonderful hosts. We were there over Holi and they included all guests in their celebration - it was fantastic! The breakfast everyday was filling and delicious, the bed was really comfortable, and the AC worked really well. Would recommend anyone stay here that wants a true Pink City experience! ”
