“I didn't book a five-star hotel so I didn't expect one. However, my biggest issue with the property is the crappy Wi-Fi. They didn't clean the room during my stay. “The staff made me pay for all days of stay upfront. When I wanted to change my mind and get a refund the management didn't co-operate.
