Very clean, staff polite, friendly and accommodating as was able to check in early and depart late. “We stayed for a week on the 4th floor half of us in premium and and other half in panoramic apartments in the block where front desk/reception is situated. The staff are what makes this place so good! “Apartamentos Flats Friends Atlantida are self catering. Our room had 4 ring cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and all crockery. “Great location if you need to be close to the British drinking area of Benidorm. Large room with all the kitchen facilities we needed. Big pool and plenty of sunbeds. Sound-proofing in room wasn't the best - could hear noise from other guests walking past and using their rooms. Not a fan of having to pay a large deposit as soon as we arrived to cover the cost of any breakages etc during our stay, but it was refunded with no problems after we left. Property is more suited to the younger……
