“This is a walk-up apartment that is clean and well-equipped, featuring amenities like Apple TV, a washer, and a dryer. However, the bedroom does not have a window that can be opened. Additionally, residents on the first floor smoke, and the smoke travels up through the air vents. I shared this feedback with the landlord, who has been very responsive. Hopefully, the issue will be addressed soon and the apartment will start to smell better.”

“Lovely apartment with everything we could need. We stayed one night and the place was clean, the bed was comfortable and the living room was very nice. It rained quite a bit so we spent more time than we intended inside. We were glad for the lovely space. The place is right in town, and thankfully the town was very quiet after dark. We rested well.”

“I was in town with my friend for a convention. The owner was prompt with communications the entire time of our stay and with me before we arrived. There was an issue with the water supply to the building which was out of her control but she kept us updated and even reimbursed us for a day. The apartment was very clean. Building was quite lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance.I would definitely recommend and will use again when in the area”

“Host was great! Very communicative and had a cute welcome basket with snacks and some bath goodies waiting for us when we arrived. The host even brought a crib and a little basket of toys for our baby.Check in process was easy even at 3am. Location is exactly as described. “This was a perfect “Buckeye Bungalow” for my recent visit to Dayton. It is so incredibly cozy, lovely personal touches and CLEAN!! Well stocked and owners are very responsive to any issues-not many! It is an older building in a safe neighborhood with covered parking. No elevator, but only on the second floor with covered parking-a bonus! This will be my go-to place for future visits! ”
