“The property was not as shown. To access it, one has to go down a tiny dirty lane. There was no sign stating it was the Fab Hotel Comfort inn. The corridors and elevator were tidy. In the room, the sheets and towel were stained. Only a single small soap bar was provided. Perhaps not the property’s fault but neighbouring rooms were very noisy all night. ”

“La camera in dormitorio che costa 2000rupees, me lo hanno fatto pagare 5000 a notte solo perché avevo prenotato con un app al di fuori dall'India. Hotel situato in un luogo comodissimo e centrale peccato i prezzi, a causa del kumbh mela i prezzi stanno alle stelle e loro se ne approfittano di questa situazione. Comunque alla fine ho ricevuto il letto, e un bagno che alla fine va bene. Non posso pretendere di più. Solo alla fine quando stavo facendo il checkout e perché c'era il proprietario……

“The property is a rundown apartment , doesn't have proper ventilation. The Staff/Hotel Owner charged us 1000Rs more as we were 5 people to stay for 2 rooms. When booking the Hotel , I specifically mentioned that were 3 people and selected a Deluxe room (for 3 people) and Normal room (for 2 people)”
