“Room is big and clean. Note that their reception is NOT 7x24 and you need to call their helpdesk(not hotel) to get the access code. They speak English very well. And the enterence is at the back street. The door at the front street doesn't work.”

“Super petit hôtel, à 10 minutes du centre vivant de Orléans. Le réceptionniste vous fait vous sentir comme au comptoir d'un café, gentil et serviable. La chambre est spacieuse, bien isolée du reste de la vie active, même en etant devant l'un des axes de circulation pricipaux de la ville. ”

“We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The transportation was very convenient, including trams and trains. Don't take the breakfast in this hotel, too expensive (9 Euros), there are lots of choices just outside the hotel (1.9 Euro for Cafe Croissant!). The rooms were clean, but very, very small! The elevator was also quite small, only 3 persons could fit into it. The counter was very friendly and helpful. The wireless internet was fine and strong. Our friend's twin-bed room did not have any A/C! That……

Receptionist was excellent even we encountered booking problem (we booked two rooms but record only shown one, receptionist was helpful to correct after understood the situation. room is above average (we did stay in another ibis hotel days before but this ibis was better in all aspect.”

“位置屆在兩個火車站(Orleans與Les Aubrais)之間，不過離電車站很近，所以交通也還算方便，但同時晚上也是會一直聽到電車的聲音。 旅館很新，2009年末新落成，旁邊還在擴建和一些施工，設備很好，有迷你廚房，但是每天來清房間感覺清得有些隨便。”

“Très peu réactif lorsque vous vous souhaitez des renseignements. Le numéro d'appartement communiqué n'etait pas le bon. Digicode non communiqué en avance. L'eau de douche a du mal à s'evacuer correctement ce qui implique débordement (innondation), humidité. Nous avons dû utiliser toutes les serviettes pour éponger. L'appartement ne sent pas la fraicheur. Le mobilier vetuste avec plusieurs choses à remplacer. Le conciregerie n'a même pas pirs la peine de se déplacer pour s'excuser et constater……
