“Generally satisfied with the hotel services. Staffs behaved helpful and friendly. The location is adequate and convenient to eating out and shopping. A local travel agent at the reception is helpful and easily arrange the daily local tour. ”

“Attitute of frontdesk (at least 2 of them I had dealing with) was indifferent, everyone else is fine, bartenders, cleaners and the travel agent. Equipments were not quite completed so do remember to bring your own toiletries. Except for toothbrush and toothpaste(which is fine with me), there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room either. Soap and towel are all you can have in the bathroom. ”

“Check in 的時候櫃檯搞錯房型，Check out的時候帳單金額也錯誤，本來櫃檯人員不願更改，還好自己有把訂房的email留下來仔細找出免費項目才免除費用。再來就是房間的整潔度實在有待加強，床單枕頭套都是髒的，第二天還出現蟑螂，冷氣也必須開很久房間才會涼，實在很不Ok！而早餐及晚餐，食物的種類選擇不多，擺放也擁擠，因此拿取食物的時候整個感覺好混亂，食物也不好吃。還好唯一覺得開心的是滑水道孩子很喜歡，不過這是必須額外付費的項目！”

“Foi uma experiência ótima,café da manhã é excelente bem variado, funcionários educados,solícitos,hotel limpo e cheiroso,gostei muito. Minha única reclamação é que reservei um quarto triplo e fui para um casal,mas não reclamei porque a cama era grandinha.”

You can take bus 120 (to bus station) to the city center, and have a local city tour, just a two block walk (Av. Brasil) .”

“Good location for visit iguacu fall and bird park. From airport to the hotel by bus 120, direction to iguacu fall way. Only 1 stop. They provide free shuttle to airport even in early morning. But far away to the town.”

“The property is extremely kid- and family-friendly. They have everything you need to keep your children entertained and provide special supervised activities at the pool. The food is excellent and the service is unmatched. The property itself ranges from brand new to needing repairs in some areas, but nothing that affects your stay. If you stay in the new building, there is a bit of a walk to most amenities. The front desk staff was excellent, led by Marcelo. At meal time, Yamila provided……
