“Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. ”

“Top notch staff and hospitality. Stunning views of the Alps from the balconies of west facing rooms as well as the hotel restaurant and bar. “This is a boutique hotel with nice design. Up to standard service with details, esp the shuttle has helped us a lots. A very nice guy from shuttle took good care of us. Meal quality was okay, normal standard, not much surprise. Location was a bit far, but with nice view. ”

“Hotel is in a perfect location. The staff are friendly and attentive. Bed was comfy and my children loved the bunk beds. We were able to arrange a transfer from Geneva airport via the hotel which really helped us out. The staff were kind enough to make us a breakfast package on the last day to take with us. It was huge! The locker room with boot heaters with direct access to the piste. The piste is very well kept and the free 3 enormous magic carpets made learning so much easier for my children……
