“Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre. Tracé sur et dans les toilettes et dans la baignoire. Le……

“Very charming and well cared for boutique hotel with a nice Spa - able to book for an hour (so never crowded). Beautiful patio, and terrace with our room. Had a very comfortable 4 night stay. Went skiing and hiking- lots of options. For dining and shopping just check opening days/hours. ”

“Great hotel for large groups, the beds are so comfy, and it’s in a perfect location. Lots of parking too - we had four vans that were easily parked in the car park. Great selection of restaurants nearby.”

“Quad room great for families. Staff lovely and helpful. Good location to get the lifts up to Bettex and Saint Gervais town, which is very pretty. Only things I would change, offer more or larger pillows and replenish breakfast items. We often ate at 9 and things were running out. ”

The hotel is conveniently located in the Chamonix Mont-Blanc valley, just a short walk from the Bellevue cable car. The rooms were bright and clean, equipped with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. “Lovely, quality apartment. Comfortable sofa bed. The tiled floor was cold, so take slippers! Nice to have a bath and shower with ample hot water. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, just needed something to over a fried egg! Stunning views from the balcony. The pool was great with a fantastic view of the mountains. Unfortunately the sauna was broken on our stay. Great location, just a across the road from the town. The Super U supermarket was great. They forgot to give us the code to get……
