“The experience was beyond imagination and one that forced us to pay $$$ at a hotel on a major football weekend. Just could not stay here and subject ourselves to the absolute filth of the place. The issue list is lengthy- could not access to the apartment on late check-in ( most likely a double booking ). No bath towels, only one half roll of toilet paper in the apartment , no bed sheets in the master bedroom, multitude of bugs crawling all over the floor & sink to the lingering smoke (……

“The complex is within 20 minutes of practically everything, theres food places walking distance, and a corner store across the street . 10/10 sn: its a little confusing to find at first, but once you do, you can’t miss it again !”

“This is prime location! Within walking distance to the River Center Performing arts theater. Every place we wanted to go was pretty much on the same street, or within 10 mins. The apartment was clean, with super soft beds. Great experience. Would book again.”

“The property was in close proximity to St. Francisville & Baton Rouge. It was quite, a nice neighborhood, comfy, & clean.”

“A friend and I did a girls weekend and went to the Christmas in the Country event in St Francisville. It was a short drive to downtown with nice restaurants, Christmas tree lighting, fireworks, Christmas music, and cute shops with a cozy country feel. We love it! ”

“Location was perfect, we were in town for a volleyball tournament and were able to walk. Our stay was good, we werent there much at all. I would stay again for a short trip, probably not more than a couple of days though. I think the place definitely could use a good deep clean.”

“Very nice place. Gated parking. Owner did not request is to run the dishwasher or strip beds. Extra star for that. I would be happy to stay again. ”

“798 sq feet 1 bed condo “expensive” 1. Coffee filter had been left in coffee maker (science experiment) had to clean w/ limited cleaners available 2. Garbage disposal did not work( tried to reset) 3. Roku streaming wasn’t plugged into TV correctly so couldn’t get our streaming services to work until we discovered issue after intense investigation 1/2 way through trip 4. Elevator broken (3rd floor) 5. Toilet had a weird tank so flush wasn’t sufficient ”
