“This was the first time we have visited Nags Head and had the best time! The home was perfect for us and our old pup! The house was well stocked, clean and very cozy. We look forward to booking our next trip and stay here this Fall. The manager was great at communicating with me and gave some great tidbits on the area. “We loved our stay here. The home was beautiful, well maintained, and very clean. Check in/out was easy. The surrounding property is lush and private. Very family and dog friendly. 4x4 is of course a must, as it’s a hike from the pavement down the beach. Grocery/food options are nonexistent nearby but the seclusion is what makes this area special.”

“Lovely cottage with real wood interior in a great location. Everything was nice and clean. Central AC. Kitchen is well furnished with basic dishes and flatware but we did bring our mobile kitchen with a heavy frying pan, carbon knives, coffee-making, drink-mixing kit. Beds are good (bring your own sheets). Short walk to the beach, near restaurants and services. Great communication.”

“I always travel with my two dogs. The host had dog water bowls full when we arrived. I’ve never had a host go to that length. The kitchen was well equipped! We have nothing negative about this host or home! ”

“This was a great spot for the 2 of us and our dog. You truly cannot beat how close to the ocean you are. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach the best. A lot of sand gets tracked in because it is on ground level. We had a broom but no dish pan so we just used paper plates to try and clean everything up. Kitchen was fine, nice fridge and everything worked. The only downfall was that there was not an outdoor shower! If you decide to stay here, bring a 5 gallon bucket to fill up with to try and wash……

“This was a perfect spot. Two of our 3 children leave the nest this summer/fall, one to basic training and one to college, so we wanted a quiet spot w/ lots of opportunities for family fun and time together. This was perfect. We spent every waking moment out on the canal or in the yard. The SUPs & kayak were used daily. Our youngest was on the water every chance he got. We cooked every meal in the very well stocked kitchen. I made shrimp & grits, ceviche, fish tacos, steak & oysters, biscuits &……
